Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment and Payment

    • Enrollment: Enrollment in our language courses is subject to availability and at the discretion of Bareun Korean Pte. Ltd.
    • Payment: Course fees are to be paid in full before the commencement of the course unless stated otherwise.
    • Price Transparency: All course prices listed are nett prices and do not include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
    • Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests for refunds or course transfers must be made in writing, explaining the circumstances, and are subject to evaluation.

2. Course Attendance and Conduct

    • Attendance: Regular attendance is essential. Make-up classes may be provided for missed sessions in some cases, subject to availability.
    • Student Conduct: Respectful and appropriate behaviour towards instructors and fellow students is expected. Any disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in dismissal from the course.

3. Course Changes and Cancellations

    • Course Changes: Bareun Korean Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to change class schedules, instructors, or locations as necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to inform students of such changes.
    • Course Cancellation: In the event that a course is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, enrolled students will be provided with a refund or offered a transfer to an alternative class.

4. Termination of Enrollment

Termination: Bareun Korean Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any misconduct.

5. Dispute Resolution

Disputes: Any disputes or disagreements will be handled through negotiation and mediation in accordance with applicable laws.
